Building projects rarely fail because of one big mistake. They slip because small tasks are badly sequenced, left unfinished or handed to nobody in particular.

FLORIAN BAT exists to take care of those tasks. We are based in Neuilly-sur-Seine and work with developers, property owners, managers and contractors who need painting, electrical work and site upkeep handled without adding to their own workload.

We do not pretend to be everything at once. Painting and electrical work are entrusted to subcontractors we select for the job at hand, and we stay responsible for the coordination: briefing them, planning their access, checking the work against what was agreed and reporting back to you.

Our third activity is the one every site needs and few people enjoy: routine cleaning and clearing. A site that is cleared regularly is safer to work on, easier to inspect and far quicker to hand over.

Each service can be ordered alone or combined into a single coordinated programme.

Painting

Carried out by subcontractors we select and supervise.

Interior painting

Walls, ceilings, joinery and common areas in apartments, offices, shops and shared buildings. We agree surfaces, finishes and colours up front, and plan the work so other trades are not blocked.

Exterior and facade painting

Facades, balconies, railings, doors and shutters. We coordinate access, protection of surroundings and a schedule that takes the weather into account.

Electrical work

Entrusted to subcontractors and checked against the agreed scope.

Electrical installation

Wiring, sockets, lighting points and distribution for new fit-outs and renovations. We coordinate the electrician with the other trades so cabling is in place before finishes begin.

Refurbishment and upgrades

Replacing outdated fittings, adding circuits, updating lighting and bringing existing installations into line with the needs of the space. We organise the intervention to limit disruption to occupants.

Site cleaning

A routine service for active construction sites.

Routine site cleaning

Regular sweeping, dust control and tidying of work areas, circulation routes and shared spaces, so each trade starts in a clean, safe environment.

Clearing of sites

Removal of offcuts, packaging and leftover materials between phases and at the end of works, leaving the site ready for inspection and handover.
